1. Who we are

These terms apply to ixtora.in, ixtora.in and any related apps. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.
• Keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or to break these terms.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile & security. Records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Products, prices and availability

Ixtora is an online retailer: we sell products we buy ourselves (we are not a marketplace for other sellers). We import products into India ourselves or buy them from Indian importers and distributors. Each product page shows the price, MRP, estimated delivery time, stock, country of origin, manufacturer, importer, net quantity and warranty.

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST and any import duties. We never charge more than the MRP printed on the product.
• Product photos may be representative. Specifications come from manufacturers and suppliers; we check them carefully but small differences can occur between regional versions.
• Brand names and logos belong to their owners. Ixtora is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with the brands we sell unless stated.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, your items are reserved while you pay. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 30 minutes. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we email you a confirmation.

• Payments are processed by our payment partners. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV or banking passwords.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if an item becomes unavailable, or if we can't deliver to your address. You'll be refunded in full for anything we cancel.
• Coupons have their own conditions shown at checkout and can't be exchanged for cash.

5. Delivery and imports

We currently deliver only within India. Delivery charges (if any) and estimated delivery times are shown before you pay and explained in our Shipping Policy. An order may arrive in more than one shipment.

Imported products are cleared through Indian customs by us (or by the Indian importer we bought them from) before they're sent to you, so there are no customs charges to pay on delivery.

If your order arrives later than the estimated delivery date shown at checkout, you can cancel it or refuse delivery for a full refund.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order before it ships from your account; paid orders are refunded automatically. Returns, replacements and refunds after delivery are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which doesn't affect your statutory rights.

7. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty shown on the product page. Some international products are covered by the manufacturer only in the region of purchase; where that's the case we say so on the product page and help you with claims.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law for faulty or misdescribed goods.

8. Reviews and content you send us

Reviews must be honest, about the product, and must not include personal data, offensive content or links. Verified-purchase labels are shown only when the reviewer bought the product from us. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

When you submit reviews, questions or product requests you let us display and use them in connection with Ixtora.

9. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, attempts to break security, automated ordering, reselling accounts, or anything unlawful.
• Don't use another person's payment method or details without permission.

10. Our liability

We're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example customs holds, strikes or natural disasters).

Where the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of [city / jurisdiction — to be provided], without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
